Q01What is your minimum order?
15 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within the order, from youth to adult.
Q02How long does a sample take?
A sample in 7 days. You check the fit, fabric and print before bulk production starts.
Q03How long does production take?
21 days of bulk production after you approve the sample, then 3 to 6 days door to door by express courier.
Q04Can you add player names and numbers?
Yes. Names and numbers are added player by player, by sublimation, heat transfer or tackle twill depending on the garment.
Q05Do I need a finished design?
No. Send your logo and colours, or build a design in the online kit designer, and a mockup is prepared for you to approve.
Q06How do I get a price?
Send an enquiry with your sport, products and quantity. Every order is quoted individually.
Q07Can I order different products together?
Yes. List every product you need in one enquiry and the full order is quoted together.
Q08Can we reorder later?
Yes. Reorder the same design next season, or add new players.
Q09Which decoration method should I choose?
It depends on the garment. Sublimation suits polyester jerseys, embroidery suits crests on polos and jackets, and tackle twill suits American football and hockey.
Q10Can you make my own brand label?
Yes. Woven neck labels, hangtags and packaging can carry your own branding.
Q11Where do you ship?
Worldwide, door to door by DHL, FedEx or UPS express in 3 to 6 days. Sea freight is available for large orders.
